Parking and public transport

Does the hotel have its own parking space?
There is a very small parking space located under the hotel, parking spots are limited and subject to availability. We advise you to park your car in one of the Erasmus bridge parking garages, located next to the hotel. Back to top

Where can I park my car?
You can park your car in one of the Erasmus parking garages: Terwenakker or Gedempte Zalmhaven. You can pay in the parking garage or buy ticket at the reception of the hotel. Back to top

What are the opening hours of both parking garages?

Please note that it's not possible to enter the parking garages after opening hours with a credit card.

Where can I park my car when one of the parking garages is closed?
You can park your car at parking garage Westblaak, this parking garage is open 24 hours a day. You can also choose to park your car next to the public road, this is free from 23:00 to 09:00 hours. Back to top

What are the costs of the Erasmus parking garages?
You can buy a 24 hour parking ticket at the reception of the hotel for € 26,-. Back to top

Can I walk to the city centre?
Yes, the city centre of Rotterdam is only a 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel. Back to top

How do I get to the hotel by public transport?
The nearest train station is Rotterdam Central Station. From there you can take metro/subway line D bound to 'Slinge' or 'De Akkers'. Exit at 'Leuvehaven' metro station. Leave the metro station and you will see the hotel right in front of you. Back to top

From Rotterdam Central Station you can also take tram line 8 bound to 'Spangen', tram line 23 bound to 'Limbrichthoek' or tram line 25 bound to 'Carnisselande'. Exit at 'Leuvehaven' tram station, located right next to the hotel. Back to top

Check-in & check-out

What is the check-in time?
The check-in time is 15:00 hours. It's possible to leave your luggage at the hotel in the morning, if you want to discover the neighbourhood or the city for instance. Back to top

Can I check-in at an earlier time?
Yes. If you arrive earlier and there's a room available for you, you can check-in immediately. Back to top

What is the check-out time?
You can stay at your room until 12:00 hours. Back to top

Can I check-out at a later time?
Yes, you can check-out at 15:00 hours for an extra fee of € 20,- or you can check-out at 18:00 hours for an extra fee of € 40,-. Please note that a late check-out depends on the availability of our rooms. Back to top

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at the hotel if your room is not ready yet or if you want to visit the city. You can also leave your luggage on your day of departure, to pick it up later. Back to top

Shops and things to do

Which attractions or sights do you recommend when I visit Rotterdam?
At the reception of our hotel you can buy entrance tickets for numerous attractions in Rotterdam, like Spido harbour cruises, Euromast, Maritime Museum, Kinderdijk boat trip, Rotterdam Zoo, Splash Tours and the Art Hall. Please visit Things to do for more information. Back to top

What do you recommend for an evening of night out in Rotterdam?
The West Industrial Site is located in Rotterdam. This is an old warehouse, that houses various restaurants and pubs. The Old Harbour of Rotterdam is also recommended for a good drink and a bite, a few discotheques are also located there. Back to top

Is there a internet connection in the hotel and what does it cost?
Yes, Inntel Hotels Rotterdam Centre is the only hotel in the centre of Rotterdam that offers FREE wireless internet. In the hotel lobby there also 3 computers with a internet connection, you can also use them free of charge. Back to top

Is there a swimming pool, fitness of wellness in the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has Wellness Club H2O with a indoor swimming pool, a Finnish panoramic sauna, a Turkish steam bath, a tropical rain shower and Life Fitness Gym, all overlooking the city of Rotterdam. Entrance is free for all our guests. Back to top

Can I have a dinner at the hotel?
We offer à la carte dining at our Waterfront Restaurant, a reservation in advance is desired. You can also dine at Bar & Brasserie Water, our informal and trendy brasserie. Making reservation is not necessary. Back to top

Can I enter the hotel 24 hours a day or is the door closed at a specific time?
You can enter and leave the hotel 24 hours a day. During the night, the entrance door may be locked, but if you ring the doorbell, the night receptionist will open it for you. Back to top

Why is my room rate different compared to my previous reservation?
Our hotel works with flexible rates. The rate depends on several factors, including the length of the stay, the date, the number of rooms and the moment the reservation was made. Therefore, it's possible that our rates slightly differ from day to day. By booking directly at the hotel or through this website, you are guaranteed of the best available rate. Back to top

Do I need to pay a deposit upon my arrival?
In case you don't have a valid credit card, we ask you to pay the room charges, the city tax and a deposit of € 100,- (for any extras you may use) at the check-in. If you didn't use any extras during your stay, your deposit will be refunded at the check-out. Back to top

I don't have a credit card. Can I still make a reservation?
