Check-in at Inntel Hotels Rotterdam Centre starts at 15:00 PM. Based on the availability, an earlier check-in time can be requested via the reservation department. This is always a request and cannot be guaranteed. It’s possible to leave the luggage at the reception free of charge when the room is not ready yet.
At what time can I check-out?
Check-out is before 11:00 AM.
Is it possible to check-in earlier?
Yes, an early check-in is possible if the availability allows this.
Is a late check-out possible?
A late check-out is possible. Except on Saturdays and if the availability allows this.
What are the costs for a late check-out?

Is there a bar that is open after midnight?
The hotel bar is open from Monday till Saturday from 10:00 AM till 01:00 AM and Sunday from 10:00 AM till 23:00 PM.
Does the hotel provide room service?
The hotel offers room service. There is a special room service menu in your hotel room. A room service request can only be made if the credit card has been authorized upon check-in. The costs are €7.50 in addition to the costs for your order.

Can I buy public transport tickets at the concierge or reception?
Yes, the reception can help you with tickets for public transport. For train tickets we refer you to www.ns.nl/en. If you want to purchase your public transport tickets in advance, you can do so via ovchipkaart.nl. At the reception you can also buy tickets for the Watertaxi and RET (public transport company in Rotterdam).
Can I park at the hotel and what are the costs?
You can park at parking garage De Boompjes or parking garage Erasmusbrug. Guests of the hotel can park at a reduced rate. An exit ticket is available at the reception desk. If you want to use this, you cannot use your credit card when entering. Check the website for more information.
Are there charging points for electric cars at the hotel?

Is the hotel easy to reach by public transport?
Yes, the tram and metro stop Leuvehaven are located in front of the hotel. Trams 8, 23 and 25 and metro D and E stop here.

No, the hotel does not have a transfer service. However, the hotel can call a (water)taxi to take you to your desired location.
Are there taxis available at the hotel?
There are always taxis outside the hotel. Otherwise, the reception team can assist with taxi arrangements.

Yes, renting a bike is possible at the front desk. You can rent a bike for €13,- for 3 hours and €18,- for 24 hours. Please note that a deposit of €100,- will be requested when renting the bikes.

I received a payment link. What is a payment link? And how does it work?
Via a payment link you can securely make the payment to the hotel online. You will receive the link by e-mail. If you click on the link, you will be automatically redirected to your bank. Here you can log in and agree to the payment. After we have received the payment, your reservation is guaranteed.
Is a deposit or prepayment required?

How long does it take until I receive my deposit back on my credit card?
The deposit will be refunded during check-out, or if an authorization has been made, it will be released during check-out. It depends on your bank, how long it takes until you receive the deposit.

By choosing this special rate with restrictions, you have agreed to the condition that this reservation can’t be changed. Unfortunately, we can’t make an exception.
